Indian yogurt salad

Indian yogurt salad, light side dish, delicious, fast preparation and very simple, consists of yoghurt with dill, cucumber, coriander, pepper, vinegar and salt, served with varied vegetables.

1- 2 cup of yogurt made of whole milk
2- ¾cup of cucumber, small slices
3- 2Tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
4- 1teaSpoon of coriander, grinded
5- ¾ teaspoon of red pepper slices
6- Half a teaspoon of vinegar
7- 1 teaspoon of coarse salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Suggestions for submission:
Various vegetables such as green beans, celery, cucumbers, mushrooms, roasted chenders, and boiled potatoes.

How to prepare
1- In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, dill, coriander, red pepper, vinegar and salt until they blend.
2- Sprinkle a good amount of black pepper. Taste it and adjust flavor when necessary.
3- Bring the tangerine dish with the types of vegetables you prefer.
